KPOINT
CAPITAL

Institutional experience.Direct access.

KPoint Capital provides customized public‑market portfolio management to individuals, families and business owners with complex investment circumstances.

The Firm

Built to see markets differently.

Significant wealth brings a different set of investment priorities. Growing capital remains important, but so does protecting what has already been built, managing risk and creating a portfolio that can support your lifestyle, retirement and legacy.

KPoint Capital brings decades of experience at the highest levels of institutional finance to private clients and families. Our background spans equity and global markets, trading, portfolio management, investment technology and risk management. Today, we bring that breadth of experience to the construction and management of equity‑focused portfolios, seeking attractive returns while maintaining a disciplined focus on risk.

Each portfolio is built around what the client and family are trying to accomplish, balancing growth, preservation and income while considering taxes, liquidity and long‑term goals.

KPoint Capital is an independent registered investment adviser, intentionally structured around a limited number of private client and family relationships.

Leadership

David Eilenberg, Managing Member of KPoint Capital

David Eilenberg

Managing Member

KPoint Capital was founded by David Eilenberg, who began in municipal bond trading and spent the two decades that followed building the analytical and trading infrastructure institutional investors rely on.

At JPMorgan he led portfolio management technology and market data for the Chief Investment Office. At Merrill Lynch he headed fixed income trading systems for Latin America and emerging markets, and led quantitative development and the firm's index programme. At Credit Suisse, in alternative investments, he was part of the original team behind the CSFB/Tremont Investable Hedge Fund Index, building the portfolio management and client‑facing infrastructure that supported its launch. At Morgan Stanley he served as Executive Director, first leading artificial intelligence and automation, later in Wealth Management. His earlier career included Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust and Lehman Brothers.

He founded KPoint to apply that analytical discipline directly to client portfolios, rather than to the systems that support them.
